     We are getting into the little later born calves here. But wow did this guy do his best to catch up to the older bulls. With a average daily gain of 3.94 lbs./day you have to wonder what might of happen with a bit more time. Well thats the reason of coarse for the adjust 205 day weight. Lets folks know what is to expected as the years go by. History will judge but this is still an impressive weight gain. He is the 2nd highest gaining bull I have this year. The granddam of this bull was another of our best cows ever. She had a life time weaning average of 10@106. By the time they get to be that old there epds for weaning and yearling weight are pretty out dated. But that didnt bother her, she kept right on plugging along. She also gave us 2 sets of twins. Is right up there with his weaning ratio of 107.
