This guy is out of one of our grand kids cow. She is in kindergarden now and trying to work her way through college. R-482 is much like the bull calf she had in 2018, which had a 205 day of 809 lbs and gained 3.91 lbs/day. A very consistent cow with attractive lines, which I will atribute? to her grandsire SAV Pioneer who put out some of the prettiest animals.R-482 was the last bull we kept last spring, when ya have a good dam you take a chance and keep the bull calf intact and see how they turn out. The weight between birth and weaning has really set the price on this fellow. And I see his weight as of 1/23/2020 also has added a bit to the price.
